Refund Policy

At Lifting Relief, we are confident you will love our products and work hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day stress free refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, we will provide a full refund for the item(s).

Got the wrong size?

No worries! We got you covered! It happens from time to time. Sizing is not always precise and we work hard to make sure we provide accurate sizing information for our customers based on manufacturer specifications but sometimes it does not always go as planned. Regardless of the circumstance we got your back! Just contact our Support and we will work with you to get you the right size. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (for example if you got the wrong size) is to refund the item in the form of store credit so that a new item can be ordered.

Refunds

We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. Once your order has been shipped, which can happen very quickly, we won't be able to modify or cancel it. You will then need to wait to receive the item before you can request a return or exchange.
